supposily is my climbing day

last min recieved a call frm my coach
so rushed down to padang
to help out in the Adventure Race 06'
orrganised by Singapore Sports Council


good thing was
i received a offical tee and plently of YOGURT ICECREAM!
i ate like 20 over cups today!
and first time in my life belaying VERNON A frm 98.7
i feeeeeeel daaaammn gooooooood!
